Sorry for my long absence, but I have been without a personal computer for almost a month! I know, crazy to think a teenager could stray away from technology for that long. Don't worry I still had my iPhone (and a couple funny stories coming about it later). I don't even know where to begin with my summer! So much has happened and I know I tell myself each year that "this summer is the best", but truly I think that this summer is my best. Maybe each summer experience is not necessarily better, but unique for the different travels we do and stages I am at during those times. Anyways, today I wanted to relay my past few weeks, so brace yourself and click read more!
It's funny when coincidences happen. Except that I've come to realize they aren't really coincidences. Rather it is us connecting to an underlying energy we are all a part of. Of course I open up to the page about "the secret to eating" (my obsession in case you haven't noticed). And the words in the text were interesting...

Therefore, I don't look at depression as a dis-ease, but rather an unsettling of the mind. And depending on where you are at, there are many ways to conquer this and instill calm...
Let's talk well-being, travel, fitness, whatever comes to mind! And while we're at it, I'll throw in a few tidbits about my own life and philosophies. There is an infinite amount of scientific health, mind, and wellness topics to explore!
