With winter break and the first semester coming to a close, I decided to write a second part about how to ease ourselves from the business of school. While my first post was about healthy study habits, this will take into consideration how to unwind healthily from work/school and realign our purposes. As a senior, I also feel that this post will be very relevant to my fellow senior friends who are struggling and getting anxious through the college process. Hope you enjoy it! School (and work) can be overly busy. And most of the time it is. I often feel as if I am getting suffocated by my work load and most of my friends feel the same way. So per their request, I'd like to devote a post to what I do to be most efficient with my time and not let school bog me down.
