This semester I am enrolled in a human health class here at Emory called Mythbusters: Nutrition Fact or Fiction? The class is all about dissecting the scientific literature to find evidence if common myths such as "fat makes you fat" and "you MUST eat breakfast" are really true.
Throughout the semester I will be posting a weekly blog under the "Health Page" tab. The first 10 weeks will be debunking or proving myths we discuss in class and the last 5 of the semester will be whichever myth I decide I want to explore (more on that topic in a later post!). Be sure to check out my weekly posts. You may be surprised what the science really tells you.
I love this blog and the blogging community dearly! I wish life weren't always so busy so I could post more, but I am so happy that I have this opportunity to start posting more regularly again! I hope you all enjoy and if you have comments/questions be sure to leave them on my weekly posts.
