-1 tomato, sliced
-Half a cucumber, chopped
-Half a bunch of kale, steamed
-Half of a white onion, chopped
-Olive oil and red wine vinegar
-Salt, pepper, and oregano, to taste
-Optional additions: red peppers and lemon
1. Steam kale. While it is steaming chop up the other veggies.
2. Once done in a bowl mix cucumber, tomato, kale, and onion.
3. Drizzle desired amount of oil, vinegar, and toppings.
4. Mix and serve.
