- 1 lb. bag of gold yukon potatoes, peeled and sliced into thick wedges
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 whole lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, finely finely chopped
- Salt, pepper, and oregano
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Slice the potatoes into wedges and line in a baking pan.
- Spread the finely chopped garlic all over the pan and potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle desired amount of salt, pepper, and oregano, and squeeze the entire lemon all over the potatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown, then broil on highest setting for 10 minutes or until tops are crispy. Eat up and enjoy!
