
-3 cups of full fat Greek yogurt
-3 tbsp of lemon juice
-2 tbsp EVOO
-1 large cucumber, skinned and diced extremely finely
-1 tbsp of sea salt, ground pepper and oregano
-1.5 tsp of each: Dill, basil, and mint
-2-3 garlic cloves minced
Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl and voila!-- your sauce is ready to be paired with any other dishes you have created.
