In the picture above (yes, finally mine!) I had brussel sprouts which I sautéed in coconut oil and then my famous simple salad. The only Thing is, I added some different ingredients to this salad. I put the spinach in, but then I also added raw cauliflower and broccoli, chopped raw green beans, and the usual tbsp of apple cider vinegar and EVOO. I garnished with sea salt and pepper and it's so tasty! (the other day I added fresh tomatoes from our garden-yummy!). This was my lunch today. What was yours?
