3. And finally those huge pile of greens you see heaped on my plate is a bok choy and kale sautee which I have the recipe for here. I love both vegetables and they are both so highly nutritional I couldn't pick which one to make at the store. SO I threw together both and it turned out scrumptious. Anyways, that was my yummy and simple dinner.
